Yesterday, I witnessed a young woman passing out and falling on the floor right in front of my eyes. A couple of people nearby and I were able to grab hold of her and had her sit on a chair. She told us that she felt dizzy and couldn't hold herself together. With her permission, I was able to pray for her in Jesus' name. Within a few minutes, she bounced back to her normal self. Praise the Lord!
She told me that she is Jewish, not traditionally but culturally. When she felt better, I was able to share my testimony briefly. She was shocked to hear at first, but then she believed it. Here Jesus was showing her who He is through her testimony. It was God's moment! I believe the enemy is trying to permeate the atmosphere with the dizziness and passing out feeling, as I heard my friends talk about their experience with it lately. I encountered it too. Let's shift the spiritual atmosphere with our prayers and put the enemy where he belongs. We can do it right from the comfort of our homes. Push back all that is not of God and bring forth what is of God in the environment around us. Have a blessed weekend!

One morning last week, as I was getting up from my bed, I felt dizzy and lightheaded. I couldn’t avoid this feeling, so I decided to rest and gave it time to vanish on its own. But it didn’t happen the way I thought. As I went about my business that day, I felt more of the same ~ dizziness and lightheadedness. I never ever had this kind of feeling prior to this very first episode of mine. I had no idea what this was all about and how it came into existence. But it certainly drew my attention, and I knew I had to do something about it.
Many thoughts crossed my mind and the more I paid attention to them, the more I got scared. Thoughts like, “What if my dizziness would cause an accident while driving? Or What if it would make me fall in a grocery store or somewhere else?” But then the Holy Spirit caught my attention and whispered, “What if this is an enemy attack?” As I waged war against the dizzy and spinning feeling, this stuff started to back off. I felt great for a few hours, but then the spinning feeling returned. This went on for a few days which made me so sick. Doing spiritual warfare on my own helped but it made me exhausted. I needed others to come in agreement with me and pray for me. Upon asking a sister in Christ for prayers, she interceded and petitioned for me. Her prayers helped me to overcome my symptoms and put the enemy at bay. Thank you, Jesus, for the Body of Christ! I didn’t have any intention to put this message out, but I have been seeing many FB messages from my friends talking about the same feeling I recently had. I would like to encourage you to seek medical help, if need be, but above all, seek God and come in agreement with others’ prayers. This could also be an enemy throwing a fit against the Body of Christ, so let us use our authority in Christ and wage war against it. Blessings to those who are going through this dizzy/spinning feeling. It’s horrible, as I just got the taste of it. Let’s pray for one another in Jesus’ name! As my husband and I were entering Harris Teeter yesterday evening, I noticed a lady sitting all alone on a bench. I thought she was waiting for someone but upon inquiring, she mentioned that she can’t walk as her entire body is in pain and her joints are stiff. She has been on medicine but that doesn't help her. So, she was resting and waiting to see how her body would feel before she would make an attempt to shop in the grocery store.
I asked if I could pray for her and invite Jesus to touch and heal her. She mentioned that she is a born-again believer and believes in the power of God’s healing. I was glad to hear that. By now, my husband was gone grocery shopping alone while I stayed behind with Joyce and prayed. As soon as I finished praying, she immediately got up and started to walk around. She told me that her pain is completely gone, and her joints are no longer stiff. Praise the Lord! Hallelujah for her healing! We both rejoiced and parted thereafter. Next, I saw her shopping and walking beautifully in one of the aisles of HT. I thought, "A few minutes ago, she couldn't walk but now look, what God did that she could walk easily." As we passed by her, she stopped my husband and I and reiterated that her pain is 100% gone from her shoulders to her feet and there is no more stiffness. Thank you, Jesus! What a witness of the Lord's testimony to my husband and me! Jesus loves when we step out and take chances with Him. We never know what God can do with our SIMPLE and INTENTIONAL act of faith. Nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37). All He requires of us is to use our faith muscles intentionally, so He can bring His Heaven on Earth! Blessings to you'll on your intentional adventures with Jesus this new year, 2022! |
