Last month, when I was dropping off my younger daughter at her Driving ED class, I noticed that her instructor was having difficulty stepping out of his car and standing straight during our conversation. Upon asking, he mentioned his lower back has been in pain for the last two years. His doctor has prescribed him painkillers which he takes every day. But his situation has not changed. With him having to sit in a car and teaching driving to students for extended period has made the matters worse.
The excruciating pain and stiffness around his lower back reminded me of my past when I had to face this horrible and unbearable infirmity. The painkillers couldn’t heal me either, but Jesus did! Since God healed and restored my lower back, I was sure that He would do for this guy too. That’s who God is! “For God does not show favoritism.” ~ Romans 2:11 As we prayed together in the name of Jesus, the Lord touched and healed his back instantly. When I went back to pick my daughter up after a two-hour driving lesson, the instructor told me that he didn’t have any back pain or stiffness. He was able to stand straight and walk freely too. This guy was at peace and so grateful to the Lord! Hallelujah! Bless the powerful name of the Lord!
